Jill and Roger Hill - Brokers, June Meiers – Sales
Associate
The
Hills have lived, played, raised their family and handled real
estate at NBTC since 1979. Jill was Director of Tennis in the
early 80’s and has represented the Club in numerous National
USTA Team Championships. June Meiers has been associated with
them almost as long and served as Club Membership Director
during the 1990’s. The Hills long term commitment to, and
ongoing involvement with the Naples Bath & Tennis Club is
unequaled. For over 25 years Roger Hill has
specialized as a broker for buyers and sellers in this
community, and today he continues with the same dedication and
enthusiasm. |

the club facility is a 160 acre established, gated, residential
community consisting of 423 one, two and three bedroom
condominiums and townhouses; and 93 single family home sites.
Over a third of the owners make it their year round residence,
many stay for the winter months, and others come and go on
vacations. Some derive income from either the Club’s Resort
Rental Program, or from leasing to long term tenants through our
